Advertised Selection
In addition to traditional national and trade press advertising, the internet has also become an important source of candidates. As well as searching job boards, technology also allows candidates to set up alerts on suitable opportunities.
The effectiveness of job boards varies, as does the cost, so keeping up to date on developments and the relevance of specific job boards to particular profiles is an ongoing challenge.
The cost of approved advertising and any design is recharged at cost.
Search
For senior level appointments or for roles where very specific experience is required, we would recommend search. In consultation with you, we would agree a list of companies where suitable candidates are to be targeted. Having agreed the information required in terms of skills, experience and cultural fit, we will brief our researchers to identify appropriate candidates.
We will gain your approval of the chosen candidates to progress and then contact them to gauge their level of interest. If necessary, this process could be conducted anonymously. The dynamics of a search project are different, in that the targeted candidates are unlikely to be proactively job searching and will need to be sold the opportunity.
